    F T/R Competition My new F-TR rifle

Is the stock just oiled? Looks great, kind of kicks the looks of the whole gun to another level.

Rifle Scopes best quality at affordable price

Keep an eye on second-han option too, here in the FS section and on other forums, too. There really is no need to pay for the box of a new scope while a used one will perform the same for less.

Range Report Do Bullets Go to Sleep?

Fair say; I´ll give it more credit after another, more thotough read. Thanks for all effort in any case!

Wolf Precision 260 BAT Match Rifle

Is the picatinny rail integral to the action, or a regular bolt-on? It looks awesome put all together, great build!

Range Report Do Bullets Go to Sleep?

Graham, in your experience, does the performance of the bullets change based of the lullaby used? :) Seriously, I consider Bryan´s (Litz) papers more comprehensive; what the "sleeping" or "calming down" of a bullet tells you is nothing but the range at which the given bullet performs best...

I'm "that guy"with the worst luck with gunsmiths!!!

I don´t mind any "scars" on my equipment from my own and actual use and abuse; however if damaged carelessly and out of line of service, I´d bu flipping out as well. And it´s always sorry to see any disappointment before you can even check that stick out on a range.

    JAE700 has arrived!

Looks great. Asd for the weight - good ergonomics would far justify even a few lbs for me. Pitty they´re not offering it for more receiver platforms yet.

    And it Begins...New Build...

What is that forearm length? Compared to the barrel, I´d say atound 10"?

    Rifle Scopes Glass clarity

Owning the Razor HD and having checked the new Viper PST on several occasions I dare say that the glass itself is not worth the price difference between the two. If you don´t absolutely require the ruggedness of the Razor 35mm build, the Viper is a great buy.

    Lightweight binos.

Why keep with the binos so necessarily, then? You could go qith a higher quality monocular for the same money, or save money on the same quality. I use the Vortex 8x36 monocular that I seldom leave the house without -> http://www.vortexoptics.com/category/solo_rt_monoculars

    Rifle Scopes Hensoldt 3.5-26x56

Sharing one may be a way to go. Since it´s apparently worth its´ weight in diamonds, one might just put it in bank as an investment piece... But really, I´d love to see one in person or at least have someone do a detailed writeup on these scopes as compared to the competition. As someone...

    Muzzle Brakes To Consider???

Have a look at RPA, really. They´ve invested in the development, and they haven´t missed on that. The brake works, and is considerably perceived even on lesser calibers like 308.

Finally got my rifle back and put together.... (pics)

The paint scheme rocks, way to go! Hope it´s a keeper for you :)

Does Primer Pocket Uniforming Weaken Brass?

+1 on the concentricity; uniforming the DEPTH of primerpockets is no concern for brass strength, but if slighltly WIDENED, the brass will last you lesser number of reloads s the pocket will sooner get loose to hold and seal the primer.

    Rifle Scopes Hensoldt 3.5-26x56

Do they come in pairs for that price?! Hell, they look awesome, but that´s nowhere near justifiable for any purpose but bragging ownership rights...

Anyone make a good less expensive aftermarket Sako TRG 42 magazine?

British RPA mags are identical in build and NEARLY the same in dimmensions. My 308 mags work in 2 of TRGs we´ve tried them in. Then there´s a word not all TRGs will accept them, might be a question of year of make. Dunno about 338, though. here is my DBM and 308 mags taken from the RPA...

Advanced Marksmanship Long Range Shooter III,... long range cross-winds

A real life question: Can you do the math this complicated before any of your observed winds changes?

Was asking more out of interest, so no actual need for that skid plate here. Now bomb him with PMs who´s interested :)

Please go over my components list

If you´re in for a single stage press, I strongly vouch for any kind of die quick-change feature. It really adds all comfort.

    Progressive Pistol Reloaders...Use Caution Please

It happens, to me most often with 9mm Makarov cases that I may pick up at local ranges. Honestly - I don´t worry much. The reloader is adjusted for OAL, and that is kept. Shorter case then holds the bullet by smaller collar, however the space for the powder to burn under the bullet is the same...
