    6.5 Grendel v .300 Blackout

I hate to say it man but like a couple other great cartridges that just didn't take off I don't see it being a late bloomer unless the AR market get's on board with more offerings in a retail setting.

    6.5 Grendel v .300 Blackout

Are you serious? That's why there's a HUGE market for 300 BLK and barely a market for the Grendel. Every caliber has a specific purposes, and writing something off as a novelty because you clearly don't understand the purpose is ignorant.

    Which lower parts kit?

You already purchased WOA so recommending their LPK seems fitting, lol. I would get the LPK minus the trigger then pick-up a better trigger and any ambi or aftermarket parts you want to customize. JP also makes a consistently good LPK.

    Forged mega lower

Mega Arms is a local company to me, and as a dealer I have to say the quality is phenomenal. I actually just got my Form 1 approved to SBR a Mega Billet Ambi lower. And although it doesn't get talked about, Rainier Arms forged and billet receivers are actually made by Mega and branded with...

Dumb question; will a MagPul ACS stock fit on a KAC SR25?

Were you having function issues or any other problems running the SOPMOD?

Dumb question; will a MagPul ACS stock fit on a KAC SR25?

The only problem with this thought is that the UBR is essentially a carbine length collapsable that just uses it's own style of buffer tube while the PRS is a rifle length. I know plenty of vendors running collapsible stocks on 308's without issues. And the PRS has had it's fair share of issues...

    Suppressors Best 7.62 Semi-Auto Suppressor

The new Surefire SOCOM RC is rated and designed for maximum effectiveness on FA. Victory is right though and you're going to get a lot of answers from a lot of people who have only ever owned and used one can. If I were you I would look around your area for a suppressed shoot to attend where you...

Dumb question; will a MagPul ACS stock fit on a KAC SR25?

I personally like the PRS better than the collapsible for what the SR 25 is really designed to be used for, but if you want to go collapsible then I would look into maybe an ACS with the Battleline Industries SAPR.

    Suppressors Socom 762-RC review.

I wasn't trying to imply anything. I was relaying what I was told by Garin when I asked him why the RC can we have was so loud on a bolt compared to my SS which is a lot quieter. Granted I did generalize it and not get into anything technical because I'm not equipped with the data or knowledge...

    Suppressors Socom 762-RC review.

No worries. I wasn't trying to get into technical data. My friend has the RC and I have the SS so we shot the SOCOM we noticed how loud it was and when I messaged Garin(Kudu) he explained it in a little more technical but somewhat the same terms I did. Add: I also want to make it clear that I...

Dumb question; will a MagPul ACS stock fit on a KAC SR25?

I'm fairly certain you'll have to swap the buffer tube for an adjustable in order to use a different stock other than the A2 or a PRS.

    Suppressors Socom 762-RC review.

I'm gonna say it because it needs said. The SOCOM is a great can... as long as it's on a semi-auto. On bolt guns it is a LOT louder than the Legacy cans. The SOCOM-RC was designed primarily for machine gun fire and minimal flash on semi-autos. As a result it doesn't IMO perform as well on bolt...

Having trouble deciding on a barrel.

I would take a WOA over Noveske at the moment. Accuracy and quality is just as good if not better and frankly CS has been slipping with Noveske...

    barrel maker quiry

If you payed attention the person making the comment is the OP. And if you think a semi auto can't be "super precise for long range shooting" then maybe you should get off the bench and get out to a few real matches with shooters who actually know how to use a semi auto...

    barrel maker quiry

You don't need more than 22" on a 308 semi though. If I had more time to search the threads here there was one a while back where it was determined beyond 22" there was really no benefit. a 20-22" barrel would put you on the 1K just as well as the 24".

Lessons From Recent Build! Mega Maten .308

I have a mega with 1K rounds on it and the only chipping is where I've banged it into something. I even just sold my old upper receiver and it had there weren't even any marks from the brass on the deflector. I would contact Mega and see if maybe something went wrong with your set. If you don't...
