    Thinking about getting into a spr. Guy has one for sale locally in the box unfired with 1 5rnd and 3 10rnd magazines. A5m xp 20" fluted 308 10 twist. Asking 1700$. Is it worth it?

    I will probably use a boring bar with a carbide insert so it shouldn't be a problem. I have 2 I'm wanting to open up 1 stainless and 1 black nitrided. Probably try the stainless first.

    I have a APA little bastard gen 2 muzzle break in 6.5 mm that I'd like to open up to use on a 308win. I've read somewhere I need to open the bore I.D up .020 to .030 bigger than the bullet diameter. Which should make the bore .328 to .338 I.D. Does this sound right?

    I Have a Remington 700 223 trued with a hawk hill heavy Palma 1 in 7 twist finished at 26 inches threaded 5/8-24. Ceracoat burnt bronze. Blueprinting , barrel work and ceracoating done by Nomad Precision in Manchester Ky. Only78 rounds down the barrel so far. Apa gen2 lil bastard 6.5 nitrided...

    Winchester Model 70 Super Grade

    I held a new super grade in 308 Winchester today and was really impressed with the quality. Beautiful wood and the bluing was really good. Don't know how it would shoot accuracy wise but I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. After looking at the super grade today I'm seriously thinking about ordering...

    Picked this up at a pawn shop cheap. Seems to be a well made knife and holds a edge pretty well. Anyone know who made it? The only marking on it is the stamp on the blade.
