    Mausingfield 300 Rum

    I have a Mausingfield LA on order and would like to use it with a 300 RUM or 338 Edge. Does anyone have one that feeds from a magazine? I'm looking at an XLR chassis with the RUM magazine but I'm willing to use any proven platform. Mausingfield will not recommend any particular combination...

    Diamondback HD bed cover ... worth the extra bucks?

    I have one and love it. Seals tight and liner is shiny after three years. I stand on it frequently and haul lumber, etc. Great product.

    30-378 or 338 Lapua

    I think it really depends on the load you want to shoot. The 250's with something like RL25 or H1000 should do fine in a shorter barrel. If you want to use factory ammo or load heavy bullets with slow powder, 27" would be my minimum. My 338 Lapua with a Bartlein 9.3 twist at 27" is a shooter...

    Range Report 300 Norma Barrel length help

    You could consider a 30-338Lapua if you would like a shorter barrel. 3100fps is easy in my 27". Much more is possible.
