Bipod arca options
if you go the area 419 arcalock adapter route it will "lock" into the notches of the 419 rail and will not be able to move, if you go the RRS adapter QD lever direction it will work just fine but as it only locks using friction it can move under heavy pressure. Just depends on what you use it...- eklarsen

You are currently using a pic rail, the Area 419 is an Arca swiss rail, two different animals. If you use the area 419 you would remove your pic rail and install the area 419 arca swiss rail and you would need the adapter. you could also just leave your pic rail and mount your harris to it. The area 419 arca lock adapter for the harris bipod does not have a sling attachment, it is great when using their rail as it will lock the bipod and not let it slide off but no option for swivel. I use flush cups on my rifles but i have a couple that dont have them and this is an oversight...- eklarsen

Gunsmithing Aerosol Release Agent For Bedding?
The Brownells aerosol works great, Its easy to apply liberally, pastes wax works as well, just apply it a couple od times to ensure coverage and slickness.- eklarsen

New build trouble.. light primer strikes
First, I would shoot it without the can and verify all works well. The reason is you stating you have light primer strikes, check to ensure you didn't put the hammer spring in backwards, really common issue. Then to shoot the 300BO with a can you will likely need both, an adjustable gas block...- eklarsen
