Pouring a 30"×40" concrete pad on top of concrete floor?
Just wondering if you really need the concrete slab on your slab? If you are looking to reinforce the existing slab, you could grab a 36 x 48 piece of steel… 3/8” or 1/2” and anchor that to the floor. If you really want to spread the load, put it on a layer of grout or even tile adhesive...- sirhrmechanic
