    What will your primary game hunting be? Will you hunt elk every year? If you are not going to hunt elk every year go with the cm. Ammo is more plentiful and cheaper for practice.

    Powder sensitivity chart

    I agree on running a magnum primer especially with high volume slow burning powders, but that is mainly for uniform ignition and an even burn. This in turn should help lower the velocity ES and SD, but am unclear on how it can increase/decrease the actual "stability" of the powder?

    After needing to pull my firing pin out at a match without much for tools, I now carry the Brownells tool in my range/shooting bag. It is cheap and I agree it makes the process very easy.

    Yes^^^ The Piet recoil trigger is slick! But my RRS tripod w/Anvil Ballhead is my best, coolest and most used piece of kit that I have.

    Get the 1.15”. This is a pic of a 7x35 NF ATACR on a MTU contour barrel. it is a crappy pic, a stack of 4 sheets of standard printer paper barely fit between scope and barrel.
