Did you dial for elevation and hold off for windage or not dial at all?

    25 shots at 100 yards

Thanks for putting in all the work. Pretty interesting. Seems like there is more vertical stringing than horizontal in many groups. I noticed the way the groups would move around on the target. Also, 1 or 2 shots could be completely outside the main group. I'll bet somebody had tired eyes...

    50 Rounds at 350 Yards

Another 50 rounds at 350 yards. I decided to cold bore this. There was a little wind and mirage. I set my NF at 15x so the mirage didn't bother me as much. The first 10 shots are on the lower right side of the A/C IPSC target. I adjusted the scope and then tried head shots which I missed 5. I...

Mobile shooting bench on 4x8 trailer

https://sierrabullets.files.wordpress.com/2017/08/shooting-bench-plans.pdf I've built a couple of these. Maybe make it with short legs and have the back of the bench hang off the side or rear of the trailer. Have the height where you can sit on a drummer's stool on the ground to shoot.

    6X5 Thread V5.0 *new 1/1/21*

I have 4 entries. 1st is my Anschutz MPR. Yesterday I was checking dope from 50 yards out to 365 yards. I fired 4 groups on the target with the bigger black circles at 100 yards. Then I shot on steel out to 365 and came back to my 100 yard setting and fired 2 more groups for the 6x5. It was 6...

    6X5 Thread V5.0 *new 1/1/21*

Not much to brag about, but weather has not been cooperating. Shot this morning, 4/14/2021. Vudoo, NF 7-35, SK Biathlon, Bipod, rear bag from a bench, shooting out my garage window. Average for bulls 18 - 23 was .379". Best group was .185". Bull 11 was my first group with the cold bore shot...

It will shoot much better. You see those stray shots that are outside the main group? You won't see them any more. ;)

    DeLane Development Group Rimfire Ventures

I have a chronograph and I've noticed that sometimes the first cold bore shot is faster. Not every time but enough that I noticed it. 15 or 20 fps faster than the average of the rest of the shots.

    5X10 100 yard challenge

I accidentally shot another 5x10 today. :) It was pretty windy as you can see by my flags. The sighter and bulls 1 & 2 had been shot a different day. I shot at bull 3 first then adjusted my scope some to allow for wind and then shot bull 8. Mirage was horrible and I couldn't get a good focus...

Cold Bore First Shot CCI Quiet 22 710fps

I think I saw somewhere that CZ barrels are really tight and you shouldn't shoot CCI Quiets in them because you might get squibs. :) I guess it's true.

In the market for a precision 22lr.

A Vudoo on a KRG Bravo is $2395. Skimp on the scope at first and upgrade it later. A Vortex Strike Eagle will fit your budget. That's what I did. :)

Back in the day, we took the valve covers off a Ford 260 that looked something like that. They had run Wolf's Head oil.

Thanks. I think I was out one time since that last post, but I didn't have a lot of success. ;) Weather hasn't been cooperating much lately.
