    It's a typical AR nut; so up to 80 footpounds. I put mine at 75 (smith recommended it).

    How many rounds do you have down the tube? With 43.2 grains I’m running 2840 FPS on an aftermarket barrel. With factory my nose was 43.0 at 2835fps. Seems as though yours is running a little slower?

    According the smith it’s the hardest barrel he’s ever changed; but we think the threads got rusted due to some of the conditions i shoot in.

    Overtime the bolt stop will wear down as well; I can single load with mine at this point.

    You should be able to single feed with the pmag, after it gets warn in; also if you use an AICS steel mag.
