If you are using the 6.5x47 H4350 might be well worth trying. At least thats one that a few of our guns have really liked. I use varget in my 6x47.

The accuracy your looking for with chrono's is the shot by shot. The MV is not really important for load development until you do a drop chart on it. Even then its easy to just adjust it until your chart matches up with your real world data.

Barrel length is not going to affect stability. Yes its going slower but a 10 twist will work with close to a 200 grain bullets even shooting them sub sometimes. I just cant see that being the problem. I could be wrong though....

It seems there is a few companys out thier that are not doing this correctly. The barrels we have got done are shotting great and showing on average of 100+ fps gain and sometimes as much as 175. It looks like the process must get in deep enough or it wont...

Yea mobil oils work just fine. There is the met-alpha for normal cutting needs and the vactra way oil for taking care of the machines. Look at fastenal, MSC, or McMastercarr will all take care of what ya need.
