    This rifle shipped with a "rack grade barrel" and a voucher for a larue barrel. Of course I shot out the rack grade barrel before redeeming the new barrel voucher, the new barrel has estimated 3k rounds on it.

    you'll see when you get in there, you can only go as low as just above the screws that mount the plate to the bipod. ends up being just above the RRS logo.

    That adapter plate (the shiny silver part) in those photos used to be too short for the cal, now they make it a little taller as you can see in the photos. The extra height allows for compatibility with the cal, but imo makes it obnoxiously tall for the v8, i had a machinist friend mill mine...

    This mount spent some time overseas and performed flawlessly. There's still a bit of moon dust in it but otherwise in perfect condition function-wise. i will include the alignment wedge. 400 shipped Lower 48 only. Would be perfect on a precision AR build or Large Frame Gas Gun.

    Ultimate... Frustration? (What to do about my LaRue)

    I actually Somewhat of a similar experience. The “rack grade” barrel on my predatar shot great, easily at or just under a minute with 77gn maybe 6 or 7k rounds later I used the voucher to swap it for a larue barrel and I got groups like you see with the OP. Now it’s just a beater carbine.
