    my roommate did it one year. his team took home the hardware on that one. won it. it is a huge suck fest though! the course is challenging, and if you want to place well plan on running most of it. they won the heavy div with an avg speed of about 5mph.

    Re: No sniper rifle but my Swiss K31 shoots .5 moa fmsniper, you have a beautiful rifle there and quite a shooter, however it looks like you have a 1 MOA gun rather than .5 MOA. 1 MOA is nothing to scoff at from a K31.

    Re: Should I take out a loan? if i gave you the rig you described...Here's the deal, you don't have the money to feed it and train with it. you need a .22 (savage mkII, Rugger 77/22, etc) and any scope with a mil-dot reticle. you can learn the fundamentals and get a feel for wind, hold overs...
