    Swaro SLC 15x56 are the gold standard IMO, having worked my way up from cheaper Vortex 10's. I've also got Meopta 12x's and have compared the SLC's to the Swaro 12x Pure and have looked through Leupold and Meopta 15's.

    Absolutely 100% bring the 6.5x47, it's a fine rig for PRS. The only thing you need to add is a gamechanger shooting bag (or similar). Shooting an AR 5.56 would be miserable in a match like that, even for an experienced shooter.
