    I'm the OP and have zero intentions to lap rings if this was directed at me lol. To the point of the receiver/rail, this was a TL3 with thier 20moa base. I have a lot of confidence in the system as far as tolerances go. Thanks for all the replies!

    Thanks fellas. I don’t ever switch my mounts after I get them all setup. I was just surprised that 2 high quality sets of rings would have a mil difference at 100 yds.

    I liked this one. At 6'7" most of the info doesn't "fit" me when it comes to rifle fitment. Nice to hear a different perspective. I like the LOP to the grip idea, what's the rule of thumb for that measurement?

    No major cracks or anything. The 2 worst things about the stock are things I did myself. The bolt handle inlet had to be widened and the barrel channel had to be widened. Both look okay and are not noticeable with a barreled action installed. That's why I included pics of those areas.
