    Looking at the detailed photos on LaRue’s web page… it looks like a modified PredatOBR upper with screws holding the rail system to the rifle instead of quick release latches.

    Shooting some different charge weights to get more data. The 37.7 grain charge was wonky today with velocity and pressure signs in the rifle. I think that an accurate load can be found below max with some more work. I’ll let you know where I end up.

    The sweet spot on this rifle is 2.800” OACL...and 41.0 grains of IMR 4350. Now getting ready to load 20 to test at 200 yards. Also working on loads with 120 grain ELD to see if I can get the speeds up a bit out of the shorter barrel.

    No, I’m using IMR 4451 and IMR 4350. I’m using the XBR for 123 grain bullets and lighter. I want to get some 107 grain SMKs to try, but they are unobtanium right now.
