    The only good thing I can say about the Cherry Bomb and the Plan B are that it is lighter than my original setup, good for a lightweight rifle, and I dont have to worry about tooth alignment. I have had tooth alignment issues in the past.

    With factory Lapua 175 Scenar L ammo the recoil was painful, I had bruises over bruises because I wouldn't stop shooting it. FGMM and Federal hunting ammo is like shooting an AR15.

    Oh yeah, this rifle in 308 let me know I was all kinds of wrong in how I did things because it is so light. It's a good thing because without it i would never have known what i needed to work on unless i went to a class or something.

    I took my 308 out on Saturday with Federal Non Typical 150gr with my magnetospeed and I think the avg was just over 2600 fps and the accuracy is what I expected from that round, 2-2.5" with a few touching pairs.     It has something to do with the design of the projectiles because I have been reading about this issue for a while and its in multiple calibers and weights. I have had both no expansion or explosive expansion similar to varmint bullet out of different types of plastic tipped bullets.

    I was thinking when they get 8.6 twist rate figured out I will probably have Dave make me one with the same profile as the 308 barrel, I think that would be a great little rifle for the thick stuff around me.

    All the local shops are oit of good 308 hunting ammo for the time being so i havent had a chance to try any factory loads but I'm workingon a 208gr hunting load now and it looks very promising.

    I think I ordered it two days into the preorder. One year and one week to the day. I'm glad I did because I don't have the accuracy issues with my 308 thaat others are having, unless I shoot factory Lapua ammo, looks like buckshot.
