    I'd rock the 20" if you're running it with a can in comps. That keeps the 0.750" gas journal you seek, and you won't miss those 2" in terms of performance.

    Ahh yea, I can see where you'd get that from, and it explains your reply. The optic came with a MOA turret cap on a MIL optic. It was a mixup at Leupy, apparently; a batch of them went out like that.

    That's right, it was Kreiger, same quality. I don't think too much about the Keymod version because those rails were so short-lived. It's the only KAC rifle I kind of regret selling.

    I had a few of the original Mod 1 variant, they were excellent shooters. I believe they had Bartlein barrels in them, but I don't know if that stayed through to the Mod 2 model; you'd have to ask @Jack_L about that. I am honestly surprised that there are any of those NIB for sale at dealers...
