I just bought this one from primary arms. It's not ffp, but it is mil and illuminated. I may be the minority on this site, but I prefer sfp on most my hunting rifles.
You know I did, and it was spot on. Drill one last week at 496 yds, and whiffed at 250 this week. I always tell people if you've never missed a coyote, then you haven't called very many in.
3 stands this morning. Killed this one on the first stand. My gun decided to airmail one over the top at 250 yards on the third stand. I know it couldn't have been me.😜
Anyone have experience with the liberty anthem s? It's a little heavier than the others mentioned, but I've read some good reviews on it. And the price seems very reasonable.
Not really. You should be able to tell by looking though. If you stood it up and bumped the butt of the gun on the floor, you should kind of feel it seat.
It's a pain in the a$$, with the front action screw. I had to get the front action screw started, then seat it on the lug. Also make sure the magwell is in the right position. You can loosen the screw that holds it in, and move it back and forth.
I don't hunt very much public land, but there is some spots that seem to produce every year. And I like to get to them before the bird hunters trample through everything. Made 4 stands before the western Kansas wind decided to show up.
Made 7 stands today, killed 6 coyotes. Should have been a couple more, but always have that one stand where you don't think you need the shotgun. Never fails.🙄
