    "The 2.5-10 x 42 is one of the only 10x riflescopes on the market to include side parallax adjustment" It's a shame other tactical 10x scopes like USO 10x TPAL, Leupold Mark 4 10x and Vortex 10x32 PST don't have side parallax. Oh wait -- they do.

    Tito's for sipping -- it's sweet and will NOT mix well in drinks w sour notes. Costco Kirklands French Vodka. $22 for 1.75L. Made in same distillery as Grey Goose. Most folk can't tell the difference.

    Maybe a S&B P4f. The 4-16 usually moves at very fair prices because the 3-20 sort of killed that market! The reticle is really thin ... way too thin for my tastes but it works.

    I too have had the finish on a S&B beat up by Badger rings. There are burrs & blemishes on the inside. They are tough as nails but must be lapped. Running Seekins now others above.

    SMK 155 Palma, Lapua brass, FGMM primer, 46.5 Varget (maybe 2.850" COAL) in my 20" TRG scored hits out to 1080 yards. If I remember right, around 2840 fps. It was my most accurate load for <800 yards. Wind hit it hard past that. It is a VERY hot load -- too hot for most guns.

    Building a rifle, need trigger suggestion

    The allen screw in front adjusts 1st stage pull length (eliminate pull length to make it single stage). Remove that and under is a 2nd allen screw that controls pull weight. If in doubt, give John Huber a call. Nice guy and real responsive if you need anything.

    I like the Huber cause I can easily change pull weight, convert from single- to two-stage, and adjust 1st stage pull length however it suits my preference. The shoe is rounded and very comfortable. Otherwise, a smith-tuned old-style R700 works great.
