    Preferred setup on 308/6.5CM large frame?

    I run a 12.5” (.308). Mounted is a Vortex 1-8 in a QD mount. Its a pig but I prefer the extra knock down power of the .308. I use it as my 350-ish yard and IN gun.

    Positives and Negatives to both… but i have to admit i am impressed with some of the bolt pistols.. I am wanting one just to play with amd test out.

    ^ The weight savings. One of the Christensen Arms pistols is like 4 lbs. I love my shorty pistol .308 gas gun but that thing is a PIG.

    Advantage/ Disadvantage- to me.. Ar10 - mag capacity and semi auto Bolt - weight savings by a ton! Accuracy can be debated all day

    Only thing that worries me is the ATF ruling on the pistol setups. That wpuld SUCK to put thst much money into one. Only to have to reclassify it or change it up.

    It would be a simple offering both ways. I imagine at the time of release they will have both left and right.

    Just read their full article. Appears ONLY a left hand bolt…atleast for now.
