    I NO size most of the time, With my obturated neck diameter, I have to put it though the NO die twice. So I trim in between the first and second bushings.

    I use the old fashioned method with one change--the case chosen is known to fit with less than 0.001 of clearance on the bolt. Otherwise the ejection plunger can push the case forward enough in the chamber to create inaccuracy.

    How often should I be cleaning?

    I run a single mop of Hoppes #9 and let it sit overnight or a couple of days, or until I shoot it again, then 3 dry patches.

    In my opinion, the shortest you would want is about 25 inches, with 27 being more optimal. But part of my opinion is that 300WSM is way to much is you only want to shoot 1000 yards.

    Single Feed

    An extra mag, some brass spacers and a bit of solder (silver solder is better) would do the trick..........convertable back when you get bored. The brass spacers hold the bottom of the cartrige push platform off the closing bolt.

    I push the shoulder with a body die, and have a set of brass that went 35 reload cycles cosistently punching 0.38" 5-shot groups over the whole life of the brass. The trick is the procedures used and the care applied, not which die gets screwed into the press!

    150-155g bullet recommendations for my .308...

    I shoot 155 Scenars, others will be 155.5 Berger Full Bore, Sierra 155 (2156 not 2155) With 24" barrel you should be able to work up towards 2950 fps for 30 MoA to 1000 yards. I use 47.8 gr Varget in Win cases with CCI primers.
