    I think for a nuclear free Middle East, Israel should be made to give up it's nuclear stockpiles (technology they stole from us btw), and for Iran to agree to not pursue nuclear weapons. And both countries to agree to regular inspections to ensure they are not pursuing nuclear weapons.
