Suppressors 338ARC AR can choice: 9mm or 338?
Speaking from experience only with 300 blackout subs, my omega 9k is much much louder than a full size dedicated rifle can. It's super compact, but I do not find it hearing safe with subsonics. Not sure if I ever replied. I'm running mine in an MCX Virtus 300Blk with the 6.75" barrel I ran a few rounds in an AR, less than a mag. Can Surefire RC2 suppress 6mm Max?
That is good to know. I ran a 6mm and 6.5mm alignment rod through my rc2, both cleared. But it was suggested that a 7mm be able to clear to be safe. The first baffle is tighter and the 7mm rod, which measures 0.272", would not clear the first baffle. I will run the rods through the RC3 and...- NHPiper
