    The exact same thing is happening to me. I use my bushing would be numbers facing down, and the expander removed. Yet the run out is about. 003. With my Dillon dies and no bushing, runout is .001. I am also stumped.

    Most folks are turning necks for concentricity. But why wouldn't reaming the inside of the necks work better? The inside of the neck is what holds the projectile, not the outside of the neck. So, which is better for concentricity.......neck turning OR neck reaming????

    Will you expound on this? Does using the expander cause more runout (less concentricity)? If I take the expander out (I have a floating carbide one in my Redding S die), would neck turning for concentricity be as likely needed?

    My buddy and I just bought 10 lbs of Varget. He's really good at bird-dogging powder. He also found 10 lbs of H4350, and I asked him to get 4 LBS for me. You're correct, we have to be persistent and ready to buy as soon as the stuff is in stock!

    Yesterday afternoon I bought 4 lbs. They had 10 pounds , but I also bought 4 pounds of Varget from them. I just checked and it's all gone now. We still have to be in the right place at the right time, but it seems powder availability is slowly loosening up.
