    How long do stored primers last?

    I shot some 9mm using Federal primers I had for about 18 years. No problems or misfires. Every one of them went "boom!" They were stored in a regular cardboard box with a gaping hole in the top of the box. They went through the cold of winters and the heat of the summer out here.

    Rifle Scopes Which Reticle for the scope I'm Going to Purchase??

    I'll be dialing and holding for my shots. I know I can hold the scope steady enough to properly range targets, but I am not certain, as you have pointed out, if that Reticle is too busy for me. I do like the 11 dots down which I believe gives me plenty of latitude for a longer range shot.
