    I'm running the 115's at 2,923 with 38.2 grains of H4350 out of a 26" Kreiger barrel. I think the ES was 9 and SD 4.1, great accuracy. I've ran them as fast as 3,000, but didn't see the point for what I'm doing. Honestly I haven't dropped a charge in a case that didn't produce single digit SD's...
