Suppressors PRS guys, what cans do you run?

Just for another data point. I ended up shooting the Rock Lake PRS match a couple weeks ago with my 30cal Ultra 7 and ended up tied for 2nd place. It's not quite as good as a brake at knocking down recoil, but rarely did I have trouble seeing impacts.

I have one of those as well. I really need to do a comparison between them all someday for everyone to hear.

Suppressors PRS guys, what cans do you run?

This past weekend my brother and I shot a team match using the Ultra 7s and the only time I wore ear pro was for the stage guns we had to shoot. I am not sure I'd make a steady diet of it, especially under cover, but it seems pretty safe out in the wide open.

Suppressors PRS guys, what cans do you run?

I run my 6mm and 6.5mm through the 30 cal can all the time actually. When both my wife and I shoot suppressed, I let her run the 6.5 can and I run the 30 cal. I honestly don't notice much difference, but since we now have identical cartridges and barrel lengths I can do a little better comparison.

I'll kick in another vote for the TBAC Ultra 7. I have both a 6.5mm and a 30 cal version and they are very good.

    Reloder 16 for .260 REMINGTON

Should be very similar to H4350 from what I've heard.

Pretty sure they're all made by the same company, and it's here in the US, not China. Like many other manufacturers, they offer private labeling to many companies.

why so many rifles with efr/clip on rails...

I don't have anything to put on mine, however I use it to strap bags to the forend so I don't have anything touching the barrel. Not that it'd really matter, but it's just piece of mind.

    6mm Creedmoor, here to stay?

More popular for sure with the factory support it has and as much as the 6.5 Creed has taken off. Next you'll see small primer 6 Creed brass at things will really pick up.

Any AR loads for 70gr Nosler RDF?

I've heard a lot of good things about these bullets with xbr 8208. Somewhere around 24.5gr give or take. I have only had time to run one load and it didn't work out like I wanted, but I'm going to pursue it more when time allows.

    Gunsmithing Seekins dbm

Not the same inlet as a Badger. Very good DBM though due to the push button mag release which doesn't snag on anything like the Badger paddle sometimes can.

How many shooters do actually use wind meters regularly?

I never realized how much I'd use one until I was fortunate enough to pick up a 4500 with Applied Ballistics off the NorCal prize table. Now I use the damn thing all the time to check my wind guestimate and just use the drop chart instead of a data card most of the time.
