    Yeah I would assume it got locked because some forum vendors were starting to get dragged through the dirt. If I were a PVA customer waiting on something I would probably be upset, as it seemed to be the only avenue for them to get updates on their long lost orders.

    Would recommend dropping the barreled action into a Grayboe stock (take your pick of their options). Replacing the factory trigger with a TriggerTech primary/special would be nice as well. Shoot it a bunch, and see what kind of accuracy you can get with the factory barrel and some good hand loads.
