    .243 build ideas

    I had Bartlein make me a 7.7 twist barrel for my 243. Runs both the 105 Hybrid and 115 VLDs and DTACs with ease. If you need a barrel sooner rather than later a 7.5 twist will work just fine. Also, I believe GAP stocks 7.7 twist barrels so maybe a GAP Non Typical in 243 would fit the bill.

    300 Win Mag or 338 Lapua?

    I have a 300WM and a 338 Norma is in the works. In all honesty everytime I shoot the 300WM mag with a 215 Hybrid I question my need (read want) for a 338. Have you thought about splitting the difference and doing a 300 Norma Mag set up for the 230 Hybrid?
