    Gunsmithing Minimum Chey-tac barrel contour

    I'm not qualified to answer this (not a gunsmith and don't own a cheytac) but I'm going to anyhow. 1.45" for 3", then taper to 1.1" over the next 5", then taper to .85" at the muzzle. That would knock about 2.8lbs off the weight. There's only one way to know for sure, and thats to build it...
