    Re: IOR 2.5x10x42 any downside or others to compare? IOR for me, Used that same scope for antelope hunting this year and will be using it again when deer season gets started. Also have a 3x18x42 never a problem with either, looking real serious at a 6x24x56 next week. Luck to ya.

    Re: range finder for prairie dogs flat ground, no trees or large plant growth makes it hard for range finders to work like you think they should. Range finders have to reflect off of something, animals are harder.

    Re: 260 Rem Loads for deer I like 125 gr. Nosler partions out of my 6.5x55 AI with rl-17 at about 3130fps. Has worked well on antalope and whitetail. Going to start loading them in my 260 and see what happens for this year. Good luck, Javy.

    Looking for 68 or 77gr. ammo for shooting steel out to 1000. Hopefully buy in bulk and not break the bank in the process. . Anybody shooting Hornady tap training in the 75gr. I am shooting a Rock River 16" varmint 1 in 8 twist. Thanks to all, Javy.
