    7lbs 13 oz for the stock with Badger NV bridge, anTi action with Defiance LW pic rail, Proof CF 16.5 6cm barrel, and trigger tech Diamond. Scope, rings, bipod, supressor an mag add another 4lbs or so.

    Is it just a few screws? My current KRG whisky 3 with enclosed forfend and arca rail is like a dozen screws and just a pain. BTW I'm lefty and have very positive experience with JP from the AR world so this is highly attractive.

    I would also recommend a stand alone thermal scanner but you can get away with a cheaper 384 scanner because you just need to see if there is anything alive out there. Then check it out with the magnified 640 scope.

    Yea I know the 640’s are more expensive but I’m interested in the new pulsar krypton fxg50 and the Bering Optics Yoter C. $5k is much better than 10-20k. Since I’m using a Reap 2 35mm I would like similar image quality with the versatility of a clip on.

    I'll give a smith 2-4 weeks past the deadline to check in. Depending on their response will dictate what I do next. I will say that any smith I have used who was connected to the Hide (advertiser/vendor) has always been excellent with their workmanship and schedule.

    How is the Burris? I just got back from 3 days of hunting our 200 acre farm in South Carolina using a Reap2 IR 35mm on my 18 inch Grendel (night) and the 1-10 DR March on my 11 inch (day). A clip on seems very appealing but I'm pretty sure I would want a 640.
