    I've seen that 42.5 grains of 4064 used all over and I was hoping to work up to that point. I can double check to see if I'm close to the lands, at a overall length of 2.8" I should be well away, I know I'm not jamming.

    I use an RCBS head space mic and check all of my cases after sizing them. MtnCreek, I'll give that a try and can you explain what the problem was with your WLR primers? I should note that I shot this in some new, unfired, Winchester brass and got the same flattened primers.

    AI AT Barrel & Bolt Position

    Possibly Tom from AI could verify, but I would think it wouldn't matter. The bolt does not lock into the barrel directly and the bolt should not be contacting the back of the barrel face as far as I know.

    This, exactly this. I have the same thing except mine started as a T3 light but ended up with a new 22" light Palma barrel. The light barrel shot amazing and still did very well when it got smoken hot. Tikka has their shit figured out.

    I have the Rifles Only HAD/ MAD cover. Built solid and I've had it pretty damn hot on my 12.5 SBR. Once it's setup it swaps between cans easily and can be slid back allowing the can to cool. The rear cord that loops behind the suppressor keeps it in place under recoil.

    Just grind it down. Find a nut that threads on to the bolt handle and then grind the threads down with the nut on the threads. When you finish grinding take the nut off the threaded bolt handle. Just an old mechanics trick to clean up threads after you ground down a bolt to make it shorter.
