Rifle Scopes PIC REQUEST - Low Rings, 20 MOA Base, Varmint Barrel, 50mm objective

Remington 700 w/ factory varmint profile, either a Seekins (pretty sure it's a Seekins) or Badger 20 MOA Base, and Badger 30mm Std height rings (0.823" height to center of ring). Scope is a 30mm maintube w/ 50mm obj.

Rifle Scopes Weaver 34mm 6-30x56 Tactical Scope

I like the 3-15x50, and feel it's an excellent value so I have nothing against Weaver. However, at $1700 I feel Weaver is out of their league. For $1000-$1200 this would be an interesting option for some. Hope the FOV numbers are wrong. I like the length at under 15", and looks like these are...

    Ballpark fps on my load?

2670-2680 if you're using Lapua or Winchester brass with a non-magnum primer. Let's hear the results.

Suppressors Silencer Shop test the Surefire Ryder 22-A

I own a Sparrow and shot the Sf Ryder at a dealer demo, thought the Ryder was quieter and does not have a first round pop unlike my Sparrow. Love the Sparrow, but if only wanting to shoot 22LR wouldn't hesitate to buy the Surefire.

Rifle Scopes Lowest profile Unimount wanted

Nightforce Is the lowest I know of. You can get it as short as 1.125", also the lightest I've encountered and perfectly solid. 1.125" will not allow your 50mm obj to clear a solid rail like an AR if that's what you're wanting to do.

What he get banned for? He helped me with a lot of things. Super knowledgeable guy that shared freely.

Rifle Scopes Which Spuhr mount/cant for 3-20x50mm

44.4 will allow for 100 yard zero. I'm using 40 MOA (20 MOA rail plus 20.6 MOA Spuhr) on my S-B 3-20x50 and still have room to go further if I wanted. I counted it out once and I still have somewhere around 8 mils of "down" from 100 yard zero.

    OCW results WTF?

You see scatter at 43.9, add 1.5% (as Newberry suggests) and you get 44.5, which has good grouping and closest to same POI with the groups on either side of it and voila! I would use 44.5 and just shoot it. What powder?

    batman belt

Fuck you prepper, and y'all's BBQ... I admit, when this thread started I thought it was an Andy Kauffman act. Now I sense that it isn't and it actually has me thinking "Why the fuck don't I have a belt like this?" Some responses have helped me start making my own list of things for a do-all...

    Adams Arms blems?

I have a friend that got one this week also. Neither of us could figure out what the blem is, and 300 rounds downrange wothout issue. I'd say it's a good buy.

Grappling hook is a must, as well as some ninja smoke bombs and shurikens. Plus a holder for an extra large bottle of Stimutacs, you slayer of Tiamat!

    Whidden Gunworks dies

I agree with all you said about bushing dies except the part I quoted above. Bushing dies even if using the expander ball work the neck brass less than a store bought FL standard die if you select the correct bushing. Which in time means less annealing, trimming and less case failures. Most...

Need a flush cup in a hollow stock or forend? Look no further!

Noveske makes one too although their site doesn't show it. MidwayUSA and a bunch of other places carry them.

Range Report american eagle out of a piston gun

I don't think it has anything to do with the piston, why would it? I have a piston 308 and experience is the same, AE is shitty. PMC shoots about 2-2.5 MOA, just cheap ammo. If you want to try something else try AE's M1A load 168 grain OTM. It's about 1.25 MOA for me. Hornady is sub-MOA in both...

Rifle Scopes Kahles K624i 6-24x56 !!help!!

Do you think that having a base that can be tweaked on the action is causing your large groups? IE: matbe the rifle shoots the 230's fine but the scope/base is not holding zero? May be worth exploring I think.

Rifle Scopes Kahles K624i 6-24x56 !!help!!

So what Mike said about windage appears correct. You gained 8 mils from a 6 mil mount when you changed windage. As a test, you could turn the windage to center and see if you gain any more elevation (shouod be 1.3 mils to the left for center if I'm mathing right). If that works and you want that...
