    I think Lone Oak in Longview, Wa runs out to 600. I thought Tri-county in Sherwood did also but they're website says just 300.

    Some of those guys are the real deal, several of those pics are shopped, but the ones with dudes with round soft arms that are huge use something called synthol. It's basically an oil they just inject into their arms. Not muscle, just fluid. Not healthy and looks terrible.

    I use the liftmode and put 100mg into protein shakes, usually 3 shakes a day. I've noticed energy, better sleep, accelerated libido, and suppression of whatever it is that makes your stomach jingle when you're anxious.

    I've shipped between USA and Australia several times and always use EMS or Priority Int'l mail service through the post office. They're much cheaper than FedEx or UPS and with EMS you get the same tracking. For example, I priced to ship a guitar. UPS wanted $550, EMS was $150.

    With water it will be bitter, but if you mix it into something else like a protein shake or smoothie you won't even taste it.

    I have the Howa 1500, which is essentially the same rifle, and it's a shooter right from the box. I think these are made in Japan. I wouldn't say these are anything super special, just well made and good performers. If you find a smith who knows these they can tune them to be excellent.

    If you do box jumps be careful coming down. It's easy to injure yourself without good form. Either step down or just do broad jumps until you get the form right.
