    I have an ATX. I shoot PRS. I love shooting the ATX in PRS. I will be the first to admit that no AI is optimized for PRS, including the ATX. I will also continue shooting my ATX in PRS and calling everyone else peasants.

    Yes, different dimensions. Rem Varmint barrel should be very close if not already free floated in the Tikka Varmint stock. CTR stock will definitely require some fitting after getting a chance to look at it, but not a terrible amount.

    Gonna need more info on the rifle, but given that it’s a 30-06 it’s probably a sporter profile barrel, and I don’t think there’s enough meat on there to have it threaded/install a brake.

    This is literally all personal preference. It's an aluminum chassis. They all do the same tricks. Get on both and see which fits you better. Personally I prefer the AT-X for the little erect dicks all the way down the forend, but that’s just me.
