    considering the Savage 12f/tr 223...need input.

    +1 on the Savage FV. I cut mine down to 20" to offset the length of my TBAC & it shoots really well. I bedded it in a B&C medalist & it seems to like the 68gr Hornady BTHP. It is a great set up for not much $ respectively.

    The box was sealed on the sides with the factory Lapua sticker. Thanks for looking into this for me Kevin. I'm in no real rush to use the brass, I'm just a little hesitant to use primed brass with unknown primers.

    I recently purchased a box of unprimed 308 Lapua cases from Midway. When they arrived, I broke the seal I found the cases were already primed. Midway referred me to Lapua & I'm waiting for a response from Lapua but I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this?
