    On 11/30 I mailed a certified letter to the ATF, paying for overnight service. It didn’t leave my city until 12/5. As of last night is still shows in transit in MNStP. Effing Effers!

    Generally not. Auction houses have their own numbering system to identify which auction is up. and those prices aren’t much of a joke. I watched an auction close last Thursday in Illinois where some guy spent $103 on a one pound bottle of W231. same auction saw over $100/1,000 for primers.
