    Sounds like my gun smith and the consensus here all agree 300nm for the win Lol prob go 300nm as it sounds it’s my best bet.

    Yes I could do 28 but wanted shorter for hunting I also wanted heavier bullets like 245/250 not 215 or I may as well just stick with my 300wm or do a 300prc. Barrel length of 26 plus my 12 inch can that’s a beast as it is in the field I guess I could do 28 or so idk.

    I don’t play with hot loads, I had a bad experience years ago it will probably be a pretty mild load as long as it’s accurate. I was thinking 1:8 may be too fast if I ever need to shoot 220-230s if I can’t find heavy bullets ets so I figured 1:8.5 would be a good middle ground.

    Thank you I am not worried about barrel life as I will prob shoot 400-500 rounds a year max and I can get a new barrel spun up pretty easy every 3 or so years

    Timney trigger reset issue

    My Seekins sp10 came with a Timney trigger. I have had it about 4 months and a couple times when I first shot it the trigger failed to reset. I chalked it up to gas issues as I was still adjusting gas. Fast forward today I have 700 ish rounds down the tube and it failed to reset the trigger...

    Hey all I just got a Revic br4 and when switching to vector wind I cannot get the rangefinder to go back to base wind unless I let the rangefinder sit for about 5 minutes than it seems to reset. Any one have a way to switch from base wind to vector wind and right back to base wind?

    I shoot off both bags and bipods I think that group was bipod. A good stock/chassis that is properly bedded poi should not change from bipod to bags but if it does I would say just shoot it how you hunt with it. I like 3 shot groups and could care less what other people say ha

    I have 4 mark5hds and 1 of them was not centered the turret had play. I sent it back to Leupold they fixed the turret in about 1 week and now it like my other 3 are perfect.

    Seekins SP10 barrel question

    I recently posted how I could not get ahold of them in dec Jan and feb. However with that being said as of late they have been very responsive and my sp has been a laser easily a .5 moa maybe .3 moa rifle with factory ammo pretty crazy imo.

    Leupold CDS Dial for CCI Standard?

    Not sure on all the models on the vx5 it can travel 75moa or 22mils.
