    Odd caliber AR10?

Hard to believe he crammed the 6 br into a small frame ar15. Must use a short freebore. Is it able to hold full house loads? What magazines? Id rather have br or dasher in Ar10, xl gas, 26" with a .104 freebore and use pmags. In Ar15 it would have to be 6br 26", xl gas. However the current...

    Odd caliber AR10?

Yes it would be expensive. Soft loads would help as well as XL gas and a good buffer/spring combo.

    Odd caliber AR10?

All I ever see is 308, 6.5Cr, 6Cr, 260, and the rare 7-08 Why none of the shorter calibers that let you load long and still fit in the magazine like 6x47 Lapua or 6.5x47 Lapua? I can understand that a 6 Dasher, 6BR, 6BRA, or 6BRX would just not feed due to the short and fat shells, but that...

    MPA with Axiom and WTO

My friend has a MPA Competition with the shouldered barrel and Axiom action. I have the same rifle but with the factory WTO switchlug. His barrel is shot out and mine will be soon. Our smith doesn't do pre-fits and wants an action in hand. Whats the difference between the Axiom/WTO lug and...

    130 hybrid vs 140eldm

You suck lol. I went 41.6 to 42.6 in 0.2. Gr increments and everything above 41.6 was 1/2". With pretty linear velocity. Good performance but I learned nothing. I'll try again but at 300 yds or more to look for a pattern .

    130 hybrid vs 140eldm

The Shop gave me a choice of chassis color but they didn't seat the lug right when they made the swap. I'm willing to bet yours had a similar action/chassis problem.

    130 hybrid vs 140eldm

I have a MPA 6.5 creed on the way. The description says " Throated for Hornady 140gr ELD (also ideal for handloads) Does that mean the angle of the lead is special or just that it's freebore is short or what? Would it be less than optimal for the Long butted 130 hybrids?

    Major pressure in the rain

My friend and I both had pressure problems with proven loads while shooting in the rain today. We had to stop shooting. What's the remedy for this? If we should reduce our loads how much by? We used an umbrella to keep the bullets dry. 42.2 of H4350, 140eldm, hornady brass 41 of H4350...

PVA Status Updates: Hancock Rifle & NUCLEUS Barreled Action

Your bullet drops about 2in at 100yds and hob is about 2in so you start with about 4 moa down. 50 - 4 = 46 x 2 = 92. So in a perfect world (haha) a scope with 92 moa of elevation would work in a 50 moa cant. The erector would be jammed to one side. DON'T try to cut it so close unless you can...
