    Samnev some awesome rifles. I've been loading 44.0 gr of N160 with the 175 SMK. And show about 2" @ 200 but have note to up powder. When upped to 46.0 opened groups to 3" but had a lot more wind that day. 10 mph with gusts. But that is what I have been shooting but have not shot groups with it...

    Fn barrels are known to last and be accurate. I am assuming factory 308 barrel on it. Does it have a pattern when starts to wander or is it just a shotgun blast? How hot is the barrel after 10 shots? Can't see a 308 getting that hot from 10 shots even rapid fire but I can't remember the profile...

    personally i'm going with the 03a3 first with issued sights, then the K-31, if have the diopter sights for the k-31 it goes to the head of the class. then the garrand. part of it is the accuracy potential of the rifles themselves. also the swedes are right up there. the 96 and the ljungman.
