2021 Accuracy International Virtual SHOT Show coming soon!

Just wondering... why is the buttstock bent downwards, instead of having it inline with barrel? I thought best recoil mitigation was for the centerline of the stock to be inline with barrel. Has something different happened in the last years I haven't caught up on? Few years back the...

    Steyr Zephyr II

I had an original one a few years back.. nice little gun. I had a laugh when they released the Zephyr II...because it looked SO bad in comparison. But yours is actually very nice! I think I have to look into a bit more now! Love the fish scales and hammer marks on the barrel. .

Only if you need a two stage trigger.. Maybe look into the Sako TRG trigger, as it fits the Tikka T3 rifle. Thats a lot better then the Timney trigger! But the Factory trigger is MORE then good enough.. and one of the best, simplest and most robust factory triggers out there!

    Im chopping my barrels... length?

I am having my 223 and 308 barrels chopped to fit a 4-5" suppressor. My use is 90% 300 yards and 10% 600 yards. And 100% with suppressor. 223 has 1-8 twist.. I was considering 16"... but 18" seems more the norm around here. Dont know why I have aversion against 17".. :)

Tikka T3 started production 17 years ago, on quality CNC machines with excellent trained people.. The results are that the 1+ millionth Tikka T3 is 99,98% equal to the 1st one made. Using quality machining and well paid people does that.. I rememeber 10+ years ago people here wouldn't choose...

Sako Semi-auto sniper rifle?... I'm listening

They probably want domestic production of their defense weapons... Commendable!! I belive most of their defense tactics are based on fighting in woods with no very long range shots needed.. + it needs to be ultra reliable in cold weather.
