    I'm thinking that is still just the Euro model. Can't imagine they would replace the original that sold so well in USA without the clip on rail mounting. That would be a huge fail for this market.

    Can someone briefly explain what Core the gen1 had and how much better the 640 Core is? And what would a newbie looking through it notice as the difference? Is it better resolution, more color, more zoom or FOV? Thx

    Really? I must be losing my memory, I thought I recalled these routinely going in the 2500 range NIB from vendors about mid-way through its lifespan as a regularly stocked item.

    I think they began as only Alum, but later they added the steel option. You should probably confirm whch is yours. Magnet avail?lol Of course the slide is always steel, its the frame it rides on that needs confirmation.
