    I like the chassis stock by Accurate Rifle Systems for the Kidd Supergrade. it’s available for the rear action screw. I went with this stock for my custom 10/22 clone build by Joe Chacon.

    All I know is I like a 24" barrel with a tuner attached for 27" total. :cool: After shooting with a tuner, I will never again order any 22 rimfire rifle without one! I don't have enough experience or expertise to argue barrel lengths on this forum so I will get what aesthetically pleases me...

    Well, in that case, I'll wait for you to shoot the red dots when the tests are over. :) Actually, I shoot similar-sized orange dots at 50 with my Joe Chacon build. Hence the reason for the suggestion you do it, lots of fun! :cool:

    Love the tuner on my Joe Chacon custom 10/22 clone. it comes close to the accuracy of the better bolt guns and equals them at times. I’m definitely gonna send Joe an action in the future and have him build me a nice bolt gun with one of his barrels and tuners.

    Agree 100% about SK ammo. Have two 10/22 rifles that won't run CCI SV but both do fine with SK and shoot it accurately!

    Ordered both 50 and 100 yd KYL targets from Mike Smith (sturkis on this site) after watching NextZipCode's video on YouTube. Mike makes the best KYL targets available, imo, at more than fair prices.

    Try some graphite lubricant on your bolt, hamrmech. It's for sale on Amazon if you can't find it locally. I just got some standard and Biathlon SK rounds for my Chacon build and will try them in my Ruger Competition too. Too dang cold to shoot in my area right now! ?
