    I got through using firefox when I did mine a few weeks ago. I also got an email yesterday saying that they are taking the site down for maintenance several times a day.

    I believe they are a scintered metal. Like their triggers. High pressure on a powdered material to form the finished product. End result is much like case hardening, hard outer surface softer material underneath.

    I'll second that. If you are using a Lapua action, I'd have Sinarms make you a barrel from a Brux blank. Devin does top notch work, and at very reasonable prices.
