There are no absolutely issues with this optic.. This was long delayed because of COVID supply chains issues. The Gen 2 version is already in the works but the factory had parts so we had them make this run The scope was slated to be at $1,000 -1,100 so we priced much less. It is a great value...
We have many reticles. OP was asking about a 3-18X. In addition to long range BDC ACSS we have a MIL grid (Tree reticle as Billiam 121mentioed) the Athena BPR MIL with more MIL in the works

It is bright. What I call daylight bright not "red dot bright". Daylight is what we have in our current PlxC. What I call red dot is the fiber dot available in our new SFP Nova or Diffractive technology used in FFP Razor 1-10 for Nightforce LPVOs.

Tony the Tiger is right. The diopter adjustment is done quickly. If not your eye will have time to focus and you will never get it right. Then you move on and only look though the scope and focus on the target. We tested several and found all to be within specs. Every scope goes through a QC...
