    Stacking tolerances... I ran them without issue with a Mausingfield/Foundation/Hawkins BDM set up for 2 seasons. Eventually I had to replace the springs and they still ran, but they would decide to fail at completely random times... Too many points lost to keep fighting with them...

    It sounds like your gun went from a 1 MOA gun to a 1 MOA gun.... Have you checked velocity to ensure you're still in the same node? Also when you anneal, there's less spring back, so you may have changed your neck tension a bit using the same process.

    Follow up, decided I needed a little more bullet for a local venue that has a lot of long range positional stages. Tested out the 95SMK and at 2850fps (restricted due to current Freebore Dimensions) it tested out with a .310G7 BC and was confirmed out to 1135yds without any stability issues...

    BC Variation bullet to bullet is real, and its a problem.

    What happens when the next lot of bullets is say .020 shorter to the OGIVE than the previous lot tested. Are you going to need to create an entire new profile? I have seen up to this amount of variation between lots of 140 Hybrids.
