use a vibratory tumbler with dry media and you won't have to deal with that. wet tumbling gets the brass to clean on the inside and makes for less consistent loads.
Hornady even states that 1:8.5 is enough. I would go with a 1:8 or if pushing them over 3000fps a 1:8.5. way over spinning jacketed bullets can cause issues.
Patriot valley arms can make you one. they have a couple different reamers for the 6.5 SAUM. I have had them make me a couple 6.5 SAUM prefits and they are awesome.
