    22GT load data

Good to know. I have some of those 68 HHT’s on the way, plus some of the 63 grain Absolutes. Wasn’t sure which powder to use for the Absolute Hammers.

Suppressors Best way to clean heavily fouled TBAC can ?

I tried some generic stuff from the dollar store once called RLC. Looks just like CLR on the bottle, but it didn’t do much carbon removal after a 24 hour soak. Waste of money.

Suppressors New TBAC cans for 2024

I am a big TBAC fan, I own two of them myself. But their website states... NOTE ON STAINLESS STEEL: Please note that the 22 TAKE DOWN should not be cleaned using CLR because its baffles are stainl.ess I choose my 22 can based on the ability to use CLR to clean it without damage, and to be...

    Steiner H6xi

Oh I was thinking of the T, not the H series, my apologies. I am not sure about the H.

Suppressors New TBAC cans for 2024

This is what led me to choose the NYX Mod 2. All titanium, so easy to clean, and less than 2.5 ounces in the short configuration.

    Steiner H6xi

Doesn’t have it because it’s not needed. The numbers change as you go into the second revolution and you should end up with a bit over 23 mils to dial.

    Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark 4HD

I don’t know. I prefer a larger FOV too, but I think eye box/ease of acquiring sight picture, depth of field, resolution, and contrast are all more important in a rifle scope. FOV is on down the line I feel.

I just use a Forster seating die with the micrometer on top. A custom honed Forster FL die and Sinclair mandrel round it out.

    Hello 1982 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

Mine hasn’t done that but it has missed a few shots fired so far. Not sure if it’s because the Gray Ops cover was on while it was in use, or because there were trees crowding my line of sight within ten feet of where I was shooting. The cover might help keep it cooler by blocking the sun though.

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

Props to the Gray Ops kit. No use for a tiny tripod since I don’t shoot off tables. Being able to attach directly to the rifle is so handy.

    Best eyebox

Good choice. My S3’s eyebox is as forgiving at 6 power as my T6Xi is at 18 power. I would think the Burris and Steiner are similar.

Why don't you see more .300 WSM?

Just ignore him. He’s one of those fools with a god complex.

Best cartridges for compact bolt actions? (SA or smaller)

A 30 GT would be an efficient cartridge in a short barrel.

Why don't you see more .300 WSM?

I would imagine that to get the best out it, you would need a long action. But then other options open up. Thought about getting a barrel chambered for one myself a few times but never have, the 308 just works so well inside of a couple hundred yards.

Chassis for Short Barrel Bolt Gun

No issues that I have seen. Love mine, I think it’s a great chassis.

Suppressors TBAC Ultra 338 Gen 2

Not sure how much quieter a 338 Ultra is over an OCL Hydrogen, but my new Hydrogen is stupid quite. Especially with 223. It’s way more quite than my Dominus (which I absolutely love), and quite a bit smaller than the 338 Ultra. Not sure if there is any difference between the Magnus and Hydrogen...

Rifle Scopes Steiner T6Xi 3-18x56 Review and comparison with NF ATACR 4-16x42, S&B US 3-20x50 and March 4.5-28x52

Will I didn’t have them side by side, but I was not unimpressed with my friends 2.5-20, as I was expecting to be. I really liked it. I was focusing mostly on the reticle usability at minimum power, FOV, and ease of quickly acquiring a sight picture, and mentally comparing to my 3-18 (MSR2). I...

    Help me Comprehend Silencer Advice

Yep, as a former Jeep owner, boat owner, and carpenter running saws all day, I agree with your statement.
