    My daily is a velocity system plate carrier. I went with ballistic cummerbund their pouch hoods 3 AR mags and three small pockets. I keep a leather man small flashlight ear plugs and a protein bar of what ever flavor is in my rig. Hesco stand alone plates.

    What Paydirt said. They work well. I write the dope changes for a stage on a roll of painters tape and stick it on where a card would go. 8541 tactical had a video on wrapping a rubber coated gear tie to the scope and using binder clips to hold a card.

    See if you can find the Bushnell DMRII with the Kestrel. Camera Land had the and so did GAP rifles a few months ago. Kestrel can be sold if you don't want to use it. I got the DMRII illuminated for about 1100.00 then sold the Kestrel for 300.00.

    A damp sea sponge sprayed with paint will give that softer A-Tacs edge. Dry sponge dipped makes it more like Manners. Either one looks good. A-Tacs makes a better camo IMHO.
